BEST PRACTICES
What we've learned. What we'd tell a friend starting out.
Think of it like a cycle — give your body 8 to 12 weeks to respond before adding anything new.
Probably. There is not a ton of research on stability when mixed, so we personally keep ours separate. That way if something is not working or you need to adjust, you know exactly what to change. Ultimately that is your call.
Dosing and timing matter more than most people realize.
We only use peptides from trusted suppliers. Quality and purity make a real difference.
Keep notes. Give it time. Most people notice changes within 4 to 6 weeks.
Subcutaneous injections go into the fatty tissue, not the muscle. Rotate your injection sites to avoid buildup.
Some peptides work best fasted, some at bedtime, some post workout. Follow the protocol for each one specifically.
Lyophilized peptides freeze. Reconstituted peptides refrigerate. Never leave them at room temperature for extended periods.
Peptides are not like ibuprofen. They work with your biology over time. Do not stop after two weeks and say it did not work.
Always begin at the lower end of the dosing range and titrate up slowly. Your body needs time to adjust.
Get baseline labs before you start. Know your numbers so you can track actual changes.
This category of peptides stimulates your body to naturally produce or release growth hormone. They are incredibly effective for most people — but if you have mast cell activation syndrome or histamine sensitivities this may not be your best starting point. Pay attention to how your body responds and always loop in your provider before starting.
