Sermorelin 200–500 mcg once daily at bedtime Add 3.0 mL bac water. Refrigerate. Use within 10–14 days.
NAD+ 50–100 mg once daily subcutaneously Protect from light. Refrigerate. Use within 14 days.
GHK-Cu 1,000–2,000 mcg per injection, 3–5 days/week Add 3.0 mL sterile water. Refrigerate. Use within 30 days.

Think of it like a cycle — give your body 8 to 12 weeks to respond before adding anything new.

Can you combine peptides in the same vial?

Probably. There is not a ton of research on stability when mixed, so we personally keep ours separate. That way if something is not working or you need to adjust, you know exactly what to change. Ultimately that is your call.

Always work with a qualified provider.

Dosing and timing matter more than most people realize.

Source matters.

We only use peptides from trusted suppliers. Quality and purity make a real difference.

Track how you feel.

Keep notes. Give it time. Most people notice changes within 4 to 6 weeks.

Injection technique matters.

Subcutaneous injections go into the fatty tissue, not the muscle. Rotate your injection sites to avoid buildup.

Timing matters.

Some peptides work best fasted, some at bedtime, some post workout. Follow the protocol for each one specifically.

Storage is non-negotiable.

Lyophilized peptides freeze. Reconstituted peptides refrigerate. Never leave them at room temperature for extended periods.

Give it a real chance.

Peptides are not like ibuprofen. They work with your biology over time. Do not stop after two weeks and say it did not work.

Less is more to start.

Always begin at the lower end of the dosing range and titrate up slowly. Your body needs time to adjust.

Get baseline labs before you start. Know your numbers so you can track actual changes.

A note on secretagogues (Sermorelin, CJC-1295).

This category of peptides stimulates your body to naturally produce or release growth hormone. They are incredibly effective for most people — but if you have mast cell activation syndrome or histamine sensitivities this may not be your best starting point. Pay attention to how your body responds and always loop in your provider before starting.
