Big Dink Energy does not take a percentage of your ticket sales or event revenue. Our activation is a flat fee based on the size, location and scope of the event.

Everything planners usually need to know before they bring the party to the court.
What if people have never danced before?
Perfect. It’s beginner-friendly choreography. We’ve done this with hundreds of people — athletes, non-dancers, all levels. The format is easy to join.
What does the activation cost?
Club nights and themed events are $500–$800 for 20–100 people. Small and regional events are $1,500–$3,500 for 100–300 people. Major events are $3,500–$5,000+ for 300+ people. Events outside Central Texas may require additional travel expenses, disclosed in your quote before booking. You can build the pickleball event activation into attendee pricing, have a sponsor cover it, or include it in your event budget.
What do people wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Sneakers or shoes. Some groups wear theme outfits or fun props — we love that.
How much space do you need?
A pickleball court is perfect, ideally 2–3 courts. If that’s not available, we typically need 400–600 sq ft — an outdoor area, ballroom section, or any open space. We adapt and make it work.
Do you bring sound and music?
Yes. We bring a portable sound system and curated playlists for each theme, or we integrate with your venue’s AV if available.
What if it rains / weather is bad?
We adapt. Move indoors, modify, or reschedule. We’ll talk through backup plans on our call.
How do we book?
Fill out the form below. Stephanie and her crew respond within 24 hours. One planning call nails the details, then a contract and 50% deposit lock the date. Final payment is due 7 days before.
Can we customize the theme?
Absolutely. Pick from the themes or bring your own pickleball vision. That’s what custom theme is for.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Canceled 14+ days out = full refund minus $50 fee. 7–14 days = 50% refund. Less than 7 days = no refund. Rescheduling requires 72 hours notice or additional fees apply.
